NYO-USA Alumni Chamber Orchestra

The NYO-USA Alumni Chamber Orchestra is concluding the season, performing two great works for strings— Beethoven String Quartet No.16 and Shostakovich Chamber Symphony (Quartet No.8). Formed by alumni of Carnegie Hall’s National Youth Ensembles, its members have remained active players while primarily pursuing careers outside of music. Having had advanced musical training and performance experience following their participation in NYO-USA and/or NYO2, they are now working in a range of fields including law, finance, technology, medicine, consulting, entrepreneurship, and research/scholarship.
